ADVENTURE IN UROS AND TAQUILE ISLAND – 1 DAY

This adventure tour is done every day in groups. Combines a very nice adventure and cultural experience, knowing 2 different activities in only one day. It is much recommended for people who look something different in their visit in Puno.

Itinerary:

Pick at the hotel and we start our journey to Steves Island. Here, we start our safety instructions and then we turn in the kayak equipment to each passenger, from this point we start our adventure until we arrive to Uros floating island, here the families will organize to give us a warm greeting, we will visit some communities in this island, where the guide will provide us broad explanation. Once we finish all the journey at Uros Island, we continue with the visit and head to Taquile Island, here we will go around the island walking, visiting its main square and we will be able to observe the way of life of their people, its costumes, and traditions, typical clothe and its handcrafts. After this journey and having lunch, we will return to Puno in a motor boat, arriving to Puno at around 5:20 pm.
