Our itinerary includes:

First Day: Cusco Hydroelectric Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu

Between 7:30am and 8:00am tourists will boarding our bus from their different hotels. Then, we start the trip to the train station Hydroelectric, this journey will take 5 hours in a van. During the journey we will see beautiful landscapes and snow-covered, we will be at around 4300m above sea level which is the highest point. We will go by Santa Maria district until we arrive to Santa Teresa and then, few minutes later we will arrive to the hydroelectric. Once we arrive here, we will stop to have lunch at a restaurant in the area. From this point we start the trekking adventure by the rail road for about 2 hours until we arrive to Machu Picchu town known as Aguas Calientes. The journey is very entertained because it has a lot of vegetation. From this area we can already see the archeological zone of Machu Picchu. Once we arrive to Aguas Calientes you will stay in the hotel. At 19:00 hours the guide will visit you at your hotel to give a briefing of the tour to Machu Picchu.

Second Day: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu Archeological Center - Hydroelectric – Cusco

Very early in the morning and after breakfast, we will go to the bus station to make a line and board the bus that will bring you up to the entrance of Machu Picchu, this has a 30 minute journey. Once we arrive to Machu Picchu the designated guide will wait for you and once the group has gathered together, the group will enter the archeological park. The guided visit lasts 3 hours, which has a detailed explanation. After the group visit, you will have a free time to continue exploring this marvelous place. At noon, you will have to take the bus down to Aguas Calientes and wait for the train that departs from Aguas Calientes to Hydroelectric at 13:00 hours. Once we arrive to Hydroelectric, you will have time to have lunch and then, a van will return you to Cusco. You will arrive to Cusco city at around 21:45 hours.
