But the creativity of the people of Ica also gave the origin of a new and famous product called Cachina, prepared liquor of fermented Mosto, a very popular beverage in the local feasts which we recommend to try. The cellars to visit are: Artisan cellar “El Catador”, industrial cellar “Vista Alegre” or Industrial cellar “Tacama”, and you will taste a variety of wines and Piscos in each cellar that you will visit with our private guide and transportation.
