We start at 9:00 AM with a hotel pick-up. First, visit a local market to discover the diversity of ingredients that make Peruvian cuisine unique. Taste exotic fruits such as cherimoya, lúcuma, aguaymanto, and pacae, and explore the variety of fish and seafood from Peru’s rich coast. Next, participate in a cooking class at a specialty restaurant, learning to prepare the iconic Peruvian Ceviche and Pisco Sour. Enjoy a delicious lunch in Chorrillos before returning to your hotel. At 5:00 AM, we’ll depart on a 4-hour drive to the bay of Paracas. Upon arrival, we’ll board a speedboat to the Ballestas Islands, where you’ll see diverse marine life and the mysterious Candelabro geoglyph. Afterward, we’ll continue to Ica for lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we’ll visit an artisanal winery to taste regional wines and piscos. In the afternoon, we’ll head to the desert oasis of Huacachina, where you’ll enjoy dune buggy rides and sandboarding. At the end of the day, we’ll return to Lima and transfer you to your hotel. In the morning, we’ll pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to Jorge Chávez International Airport for a short 50-minute flight to Cusco. Upon arrival at Alejandro Velasco Astete Airport, our staff will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel to rest and acclimatize to the altitude. At 12:45 PM, we’ll begin a guided tour of Cusco, visiting the Cathedral, the Temple of Coricancha, and the nearby archaeological sites of Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay. The tour ends around 6:45 PM at Cusco’s Main Square, giving you time to enjoy dinner on your own. At 8:00 AM, your guide will pick you up from the hotel. We’ll first visit the district of Chinchero, a charming village rich in history and culture, with impressive archaeological sites and a traditional textile market. Then, we’ll travel 45 minutes to the Moray Archaeological Site, famous for its circular terraces. Our journey continues to the Maras Salt Mines, where you’ll see hundreds of salt pools. Finally, we’ll head to Urubamba to enjoy a buffet lunch before transferring you to your hotel in Ollantaytambo for an overnight stay. After breakfast, at 8:30 AM, we’ll begin a 4-hour scenic drive through the Andes until we reach the warm district of Santa Teresa. Upon arrival, we’ll settle into the hotel and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, around 4:00 PM, we’ll visit the Cocalmayo Hot Springs, where you can relax in naturally heated pools surrounded by mountains. In the evening, return to the village for dinner and overnight stay. After breakfast, we’ll enjoy an immersive experience along the Peruvian Coffee Route. We’ll visit a local coffee farm, where an expert will guide us through the process—from planting and harvesting to roasting and tasting freshly brewed coffee. After lunch, we’ll take local transport to Hidroeléctrica and begin a 2.5-hour trek along the Vilcanota River until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. After breakfast, we’ll take a bus to the majestic Machu Picchu Citadel. Upon arrival, your guide will lead a tour of the archaeological site, exploring its terraces, temples, and fascinating constructions while sharing the history and legends of this Inca marvel. After the guided tour, enjoy a special lunch in the area. Later, we’ll take the bus back to Aguas Calientes to board the train returning to Ollantaytambo, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel for the night. At 8:00 AM, we’ll pick you up from your hotel to explore Ollantaytambo, including its impressive fortress and panoramic views. Then, we’ll drive approximately 2 hours to the picturesque town of Pisac, visiting its archaeological site and the vibrant artisan market. We’ll enjoy a special lunch in the area before returning to Cusco by 3:00 PM for overnight stay. We start early at 4:30 AM, with a 2-hour drive to a local restaurant for breakfast. Then, we continue about 2 more hours to the final bus parking lot. From there, we begin a gradual hike to the Rainbow Mountain viewpoint, located at 5,030 meters (16,500 ft) above sea level, where you can rest and marvel at the panoramic views of the Andes. After enjoying this natural wonder, we’ll return by vehicle to the restaurant for lunch and then head back to Cusco around 4:30 PM. The morning is free for leisure. At 12:45 PM, we’ll start a guided walking tour of Cusco’s most iconic sites. Highlights include the San Blas neighborhood, the 12-Angled Stone, the Sapantiana Aqueduct, the Main Plaza, and the colorful San Pedro Artisan Market. After approximately 4 hours of walking and sightseeing, we’ll return to the hotel. The tour begins at 4:30 AM, with a 2.5-hour drive to Mollepata for a hearty breakfast. Then, we continue for about 2 hours to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lake. After a 2-hour trek, we arrive at the lake (4,300 meters / 14,100 ft), rewarded with stunning views of its turquoise waters. After descending, we return to Mollepata for lunch and then transfer back to Cusco, arriving around 6:30 PM. At the agreed time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Cusco Airport for your flight back to Lima, marking the end of your unforgettable adventure in Peru.
