Itinerary:

 

Day 1: Cusco – Aguas Calientes – Hotel.

We’ll start by picking you up from the hotel just before departure. Then, we’ll take you to the train station for scenic 4-hour ride to Aguas Calientes. During the journey, you’ll witness a stunning sunrise amidst the mountains and enjoy the personalized service on the Observatory Panoramic train, with spacious panoramic carriages. Arriving at the Machu Picchu station, our staff will meet you and take to the hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to relax, perhaps visiting the hot springs or exploring the town. At 7:00 PM, our local guide will visit at the hotel to give all the details about your Machu Picchu visit.

Day 2: Machu Picchu – Cusco.

After breakfast at your hotel, head to the bus station for the 30-minute ride up to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Our guide will be waiting for you there, and once everyone’s together, you’ll enter to explore the highlights of Machu Picchu on an approximately 2.5-hour walk. Remember to take all the photos you want early on, as re-entry isn’t allowed. Later, after enjoying this amazing place, your guide will explain how to take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes for a delicious lunch.

Finally, you’ll go to the train station for return by the Observatory Panoramic Train journey to Cusco. Upon arrival, our team will meet and take back to your hotel, marking the end of your incredible Machu Picchu experience.

• The entrance fee to Machu Picchu is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• If you cancel your tour 15 days in advance, you will be subject to an administrative fee and Peruvian Taxes.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the trip will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged 100%.
