Itinerary

Day 1: Lima City Tour – Discover the City of Kings

In the afternoon, we’ll pick you up from your hotel. Begin the tour with a panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, then explore Lima’s Historic Center including the Main Square, Cathedral, Government Palace, Municipal Palace, and Archbishop’s Palace. Visit the San Francisco Convent and its mysterious catacombs. End the day in modern Lima, exploring Miraflores and San Isidro, enjoying views of the Pacific Ocean. Return to the hotel.

Day 2: Lima – Paracas & Ica Tour – Desert Meets the Pacific

Depart at 5:00 AM for Paracas. Breakfast en route (not included). In Paracas, enjoy a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands, seeing the famous Candelabro geoglyph. Continue to Ica for lunch (not included) and visit a pisco distillery. End the day at the Huacachina Oasis, with sandboarding and dune buggy rides before returning to Lima.

Day 3: Lima – Cusco – Historical Capital of the Inca Empire

Transfer to Lima Airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for rest and acclimatization with coca tea. The rest of the day is free to rest.

Day 4: Cusco City Tour – Discovering the Imperial City

After breakfast at 9:00 AM, explore Cusco with visits to the Cathedral, Qoricancha Museum, and the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay, learning about Inca history and culture. If time permits, visit a local artisan center to see traditional weaving and pottery. Return to the city.

Day 5: Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) – A Natural Wonder

Depart at 4:30 AM. 2-hour private transfer to breakfast location. Continue 2 more hours to the trailhead. Hike gradually to the Rainbow Mountain viewpoint at 5,030 meters (16,500 ft). Enjoy panoramic views before descending to the bus and returning to Cusco by 4:30 PM.

Day 6: Sacred Valley VIP Tour – Connection to Machu Picchu

After breakfast, explore the Sacred Valley: visit Chinchero (textiles and market), the Moray archaeological site, and Maras Salt Mines. Lunch in Urubamba, then visit Ollantaytambo archaeological center. Transfer to the train station for a 2-hour train journey to Aguas Calientes. Arrival and hotel check-in.

Day 7: Machu Picchu Tour – Lost City of the Incas

After breakfast, we’ll take a bus to the majestic Machu Picchu Citadel. Upon arrival, your guide will lead a tour of the archaeological site, exploring its terraces, temples, and fascinating constructions while sharing the history and legends of this Inca marvel. After the guided tour, enjoy a special lunch in the area. Later, we’ll take the bus back to Aguas Calientes to board the train returning to Ollantaytambo, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel for the night.

Day 8: Cusco – Puno via the Route of the Sun

Depart 6:20 AM by VIP bus on the legendary Route of the Sun. Visit Andahuaylillas Temple, Raqchi, La Raya, and Pucara, with a guided tour and lunch en route. Arrival in Puno at 5:00 PM and hotel transfer. Briefing for the lake tour.

Day 9: Puno – Lake Titicaca, Uros Floating Islands & Amantaní

Depart 7:00 AM for the lake. Visit Uros Islands, floating islands made of totora reeds. Continue to Amantaní Island for an immersive homestay with local families, lunch, and dinner included, experiencing local culture.

Day 10: Amantaní – Taquile Island – Puno

After breakfast with your host family, transfer to Taquile Island. Hike for panoramic views of the lake, visit artisan centers, then return to Puno by boat. Arrival around 4:00 PM and hotel check-in.

Day 11: Puno – Chivay, Gateway to Colca Canyon

Depart 7:00 AM to Chivay, 5-hour scenic journey with guided explanations. Lunch in Chivay, then visit La Calera hot springs at 4:30 PM for relaxation.

Day 12: Colca Canyon – Condor Viewpoint & Transfer to Arequipa

Early morning, visit Condor Viewpoint to witness majestic Andean condors. Explore local communities, then transfer to Arequipa, arriving around 5:00 PM.

Day 13: Arequipa – White City Tour & Flight Back to Lima

Morning panoramic tour of Arequipa by bus. Visit viewpoints, colonial architecture, and local culture. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Lima.
